The Prince Edward Theatre can be found in the heart of London's Theatreland on historic Shaftsbury Avenue adjacent to Chinatown, Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square.

The theatre is on main bus routes that run down Shaftsbury Avenue, around Piccadilly Circus and Charing Cross Road including 14,19, 22B, 38,53,88,94 and 159.

It is within the Congestion Charge Zone (7am until 6pm). The nearest car parks are Denman St, Brewer St Car Park and Masterpark - Chinatown, Newport Place.

If you use the Q-Park scheme in conjunction with London theatres you may get a reduction of up to 50% on parking in the West End. The nearest participating car park can be found in Poland St, Soho.

The man entrance to the Prince Edward Theatre can be found on Shaftsbury Avenue in the heart of London's Soho district. The theatre has a capacity of 1,650 seats all offering different viewing experiences for varying budgets.

Access Information

Infra-red systems are available from the box office for sound amplification for patrons with hearing impairment.

There are spaces available for two wheelchair users and companions in Box No.1. Adapted toilet facilities are available by the foyer at the entrance to the theatre on Old Compton Street.

The management kindly apologises for lack of facilities in the bar areas but drinks can be ordered from the auditorium and brought to disabled patrons where they are seated.

2 guide dogs are allowed per performance and a member of staff can sit with guide dogs outside of the auditorium should this service be requested.

The access entrance to the theatre can be found on Greek St and a member of staff will be on hand to escort patrons to the entrance.
